Kiváló lokáció, gyalogosan és tömegközlekedve is. Külön kérésre mélygarázs. Modern, megfelelöen felszerelt apartman. A miénk csendes mini parkra nézett.

Nem volt megfelelő méretű sötétítő függöny a nappaliban és az egyik szobában, ahol az ablak felénél sütött be a nap. Ezt jeleztem több fórumon is. Visszaírták, hogy jelezték a problámát a menedzsment felé. Folyamatosan jöttek az automatikus levelek, hogy mikor kell kijelentkezni de a probléma megoldására nem jött válasz. A szappannyomók nem működnek, a víz kifolyik a zuhanyzáskor...sok apróság van ami csak kisebb odafigyelást igényelne, egy karbatartót az automaták mellett, aki tökéletessé tehetné a helyet, de a magas ár mellett, nagyon olcsónak tűnik, hogy erre nem történik meg anyagi ráfordítás, rossz érzés. 2022-es 4 csillagos plecsni azóta már kezd elavulni. Egy picit rá kellene költeni és nem az automatákra hanem egy egyszerű karbantartóra. Nem a tulaj hibája, de a ház hangos, könnyen hallhatóak a szomszédok.

המיקום ממש נוח, ליד המרכז וליד מסעדות כשרות. המקום נקי.

חייב לשים לב לעשות צ'ק אין לפני שמגיעים, אין שם קבלה ואף אחד לא עוזר במשרדים. היה ריח של סיגריות בדירה חבל. וגם לא מחליפים מגבות במשך חמישה ימים.
