Nothing much apart from the breakfast

Everything..... staff not trained ..... especially the front desk ..... no upgrades even if I was a genius 3 member on booking.....

Fairly new place opened in the city of Kalburgi. Commendable show put up by Mr. Clement and team headed by Mr. Nisar. Front desk team has good database on third party services (such as taxi - since app based cabs don’t work in the city). One of the most quick check in process I’ve experienced. House keeping staff is prompt with requests placed. Rooms are fairly big than most of rooms in modern hotel, with a comfortable table to work on as well - with some modern amenities such as USB chargers and good decent wifi connection strength. I had a view of the city side from the balcony as well. A quiet and comfortable sleep, but the team needs to put more attention towards presentation. Good food in the restaurant - must try their soups. Breakfast has some really fresh South Indian food which is close to the taste of the region.

The breakfast spread can improve. Housekeeping needs to improve on the cleanliness and upkeep the quality of furnished items. I would urge Mr. Nisar to focus on training the entire front of the house to up their standards.
