Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh

It was a short break over Chinese New Year, we chose a 2 bedroom suite. The stay was very relaxed, great room, sumptuous breakfast, polite and efficient service and overall a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, specially for families.

Very clean and spacious. And the breakfast had a good spread, lunch was also good - beef lok lak and amok were delicious. The room has your own little water dispenser, with coffee and tea. Overall a very comfortable and quiet stay. There is also a whiskey and cigar bar, tucked away for a private get away. Like to especially mention two staff - Phary served us at the dining area, and she was very hospitable. Sokna was a pleasure to work with, and her food recommendations were on point. They both made the stay much more enjoyable and a pleasure.

It was clean WiFi was alright

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very strange and unpleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality was not a priority. The reception staff didn’t acknowledge us at all, leaving us feeling unwelcome. On top of that, we received zero information about the hotel’s facilities, breakfast, or amenities—basic details that every guest should be informed about. The reception area and elevators were swarming with mosquitoes, which was both uncomfortable and unsanitary. This was a major red flag for the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. We were assigned a room facing a slum area, where loud music blared from a nearby temple until 11:30 PM. This was followed by people celebrating loudly well into the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The location of the hotel added to the disappointment. The area is new and undeveloped, with virtually nothing nearby—no restaurants, shops, or attractions. It felt completely isolated and inconvenient. To top it off, the pool was always in the shade, making it an uninviting option for relaxation. It seemed poorly designed and didn’t add any value to the stay. Overall, the combination of poor service, a noisy and unpleasant room environment, mosquito infestations, and an inconvenient location made this stay a huge disappointment. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise travelers to look elsewhere.

ホテルはとても綺麗でマンションタイプ お部屋にキッチンがあり大きな冷蔵庫も備えてあります、何よりミネラルウォータサーバーがついてるのがとてもありがたい。 ただ、開発途中の駅近くなのか、少し行ったところに食事には困らないショッピングモールある、小さいイオン食料とは言えないけど、買う事もできる。

I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities that enhanced my comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was in top condition. The hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently situated close to local attractions and dining options, yet peaceful enough to provide a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, including the fitness center and the restaurant, which offered delicious meals. Overall, my experience at Oakwood Hotel exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area!
