Breakfast was not offered with the booking on the Booking.com website.

The room size, the web description, no parking anywhere close to the property, the parking information and a whole lot of information missing from keeping the customers well informed. Also, the online price was much above the actual price at the property's desk. Absolutely unhappy.

Staff was nice, when I booked the cab from outside, hotel person carried the luggage and waited with me as I was having some clarifications with driver, hotel staff noticed that the agent didn't convey what I requested to cab driver, after I left, hotel authority called the agent asking why would he do like that, agent called me if there is any problem. It was a nice gesture from the hotel staff. Jungle view room are nice, quiet.

Nothing, older ppl might find it difficult to reach location as u need to climb n walk a lot. I enjoyed because it was a good exercise and it helped to digest my food.

Room is too small.

I didn't like the price.With that price the room is very small.It was uncomfortable stay as the two single beds were combined to make one.Which was moving and created a space between beds.The blanket/Quilts were also single beded.It was bad experience as a couple visit.

Very clean, staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Very close to Ganges and I loved the cafe on fifth floor with view of river. I had the pasta and it was beyond delicious !!!!

Incline to carry up my suitcases wasn’t easy but at least staff helped

Bright and clean room. Great rooftop restaurant and awesome sunset view!!

Room is kind of small

The staff, location, rooms & breakfast are amazing. I would highly recommend this place.
