The room and the bath are very nice and clean. I stayed in a bed with a perfect view of the green with birds and monkeys. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect point, close all we need, river, boath, yoga, massage, coffee and restaurants.

The hotel was well located in Laxman Jhula. It is set back from the main Street with a short walk up a laneway and steps to the hotel. Only suitable really for able bodied persons. The staff were very pleasant and keen to help. The room was fine - relatively speaking it was good in comparison to others I'd experienced in India. The balcony was uninviting with pigeon poo and pigeons around - they would sit in the bathroom air vent and coo away, which was kinda gross. The bedroom was not really cleaned under the bed. Besides that, overall the room and bathroom were fine and acceptable. The view of the Ganges from the balcony was great. Breakfast was OK, not really clear what was on offer, but managed to work out something that suited me. There is a boat crossing to the other side of the river if you wish to get to Rishikesh proper - easy to use. Tuk tuk do not go to the hotel - I had taken one from Nepali Farm and had to walk from the Ram Jhula Bridge to the hotel. That was OK for me but you would need to be mobile to do this. Overall I was happy enough with the hotel and its location was good.

Such a cozy nice place with a very great environment. I was looking for a place that actually matches the description. In India you always need to be aware of these things. It was clean, spacious, amazing location on top of all other buildings with a great view.
