Kim was just lovely, friendly, helpful, all instructions to get the keys were straightforward. Honestly great from start to finish. Loved it I would highly recommend No.52 and Kim.X

"Amazing B&B"

I love this B&B - amazing location for exploring Cornwall, near to Verdant brewery and gorgeous beaches. Staff are so warm and welcoming. Bed is comfortable, dogs are welcome and breakfast is the best!!! Repeat returner

The cooked to order breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful and the Museum of Cornish Life by the Guildhall is free and quite interesting. The bus stops for Penzance, Falmouth and Truro etc are all nearby

Toilet macerator for water pressure made an occasional noise, but you could close the door

A very clean and homely stay. My room was spotless, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast choices were good and staff very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
