The stay was ok, but there are many things that the hotel can improve on. 1. The pool should be cleaned. 2. Better lighting of stairs in the night. 3. Improve decor of bar. 4. Host presence during the day. Hotel was empty after past breakfast. 5. Bar is downstairs (1st floor) and pool is upstairs (4th floor). Bar can be closer to the pool. 6. Organize events to attract more guests.

The room was very nice. Cleaning each day was great. Smelling so fresh. Very safe a secure feeling. Nice restaurants around the hotel. The whole area was niveand newlu renovayed. Gustavo was a hreat host.

Gustavo y Patrick son EXCELENTES hosts. Pasamos un par de días de maravilla en la propiedad. Las recámaras, camas y baños son bastante cómodas. Hicimos buenos amigos con los demás huéspedes. Muy recomendado, y sí nos volveríamos a hospedar.

The vibe of the hotel is fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, and you could meet people from all over the world. I was traveling myself, and it was very nice for me as I could meet people and do more activities. After breakfast, most of the guests go to the pool to get naked, chill a little, and then head to any excursion around. In the eves, pretty much the same naked hang out at the pool, and then most of the guests go down to the bar to get some booze.

One of the pools should be a climatized pool. It gets chilly at night. The location was okay, but not wow. The problem is more on Tulum itself. You are far away from the center and far away from the beach. Around the place, there are a few restaurants, but it is not an active place. The bar closes at 11 pm.
