The Larix Hotel

Clea was the best hostess and made us feel so welcome! Loved our stay at the Larix!

The Larix was a charming hotel, with a delicious breakfast, great location, nice decor and perks like free e-bike rentals, complimentary drinks and fresh baked cookies.

Really fun boutique hotel in great location. Rooms were unique and decorated nicely. Common areas were beautiful and breakfast was wondeful

Quiet and cozy

Lots of attention to detail. Sitting areas with books and games coffee station with cookies in the morning. Wine glasses for guest use

They could have used some cushions for the chairs on the patio and the chairs indoors in the restaurant were uncomfortable to sit in as they were too narrow. Food and wine was great though!

Great little property, room was clean. Walkable to restaurants and pubs.

My husband and I went for a short get away. The front office staff was so kind and welcoming. The hotel had complementary e-bikes which I tried for the first time. We rode all the way to Cranbrook. It was a beautiful ride. In the evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was superb. My husband had the duck with a yummy risotto, I had an appetizer of chicken mushroom wontons. The staff offered us blankets while we enjoyed our dinner on the patio. The desserts were yummy. The room was beautiful. We would absolutely come back!
