Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness

Beautiful property. Excellent lukewarm pool and view of and access to the ocean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were in the fifth floor in a family suite which had two balconies all with a great view. Access via elevator or stairs. All staff were very attentive. Excellent, excellent morning breakfast buffet. Shuttle was also a great feature to go into and out of Hoi An. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

Bliss is a beautiful hotel. Its quiet and tranquil and just so pretty. Our room was big, clean and had amazing views of the ocean. Breakfast was brilliant, it was all fresh and there was loads of choice. The free shuttle to Hoi An old town was reliable and efficient, and the customer service was really good. The only downside is that there isnt much around the hotel so we relied on hotel food, which was okay, but not great. Breakfast was excellent as I say but the restaurant and room service was just okay, nothing special and small portions. Its a really good place to stay as a family, we have a 5 and 2 year old and the pool and kids club were great for them.

Also, we had a room with a mezzanine for the kids, but the gap between the spindles were so big our toddler could have slipped through really easily and fallen about 4 meters. Definitely different safety standards, but we were just extra vigilant.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic pool.

Shower trap was blocked, took most of our stay to get it fixed, so they gave us a free taxi ride to our next stay.

Es war alles hervorragend. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die ganze Anlage ist mit Pflanzen und Blumen bepflanzt. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut. Das komplette Personal war überaus höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlen uns super wohl und würden sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr schön gepflegt und Team aufmerksam.
