Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness

Die Lage ist wunderschön, etwas außerhalb von Hoi An direkt an einem langen Sandstrand. Das Hotel hat die richtige Grösse mit internationalen Publikum, ist sehr komfortabel und perfekt geführt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle aussergewöhnlich freundlich, besonders waitress Khue war toll! Der SPA ist ein Traum. Wir kommen mit der Familie wieder und können zu 100% empfehlen!!

Das Wasser vom Pool war ab mittags heiss- daran muss man sich gewöhnen. Leider ist der Strand außerhalb vom Hotelbereich voller Müll

The beach and pool were amazing, and the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is farther away from Hoi An proper, so it is quieter and good for families and prioritizing R+R. The free shuttle from the airport and then into Hoi An proper was also very helpful.

The staff in the kitchen and restaurant were wonderful, but the staff at the reception and concierge made us feel a bit like burdens. They were not nearly as warm or friendly, and sometimes just a bit rude. We also paid more to book a room that was described as being on the beach - a "beach villa". It was not on the beach and we felt it was a bit falsely advertised. Food quality was OK, but they only allowed 1 free water bottle per day. It is quite hot and easy to get dehydrated - it would have been nice if they were more generous with sending waters to the room.

It was clean, calm and beautiful surroundings and great spa. Fantastic friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Not much to dislike but as it was hot, the pool could have been a bit cooler instead of warm water.

Beach side bungalows very comfortable and well located

For a 5 star hotel there were a couple of areas that could be better maintained and food offering quality could be better

The set out of this property is well thought out and easy to get around.

It was evident that the property only cared about its self but the surrounding areas were poorly looked after. I would expect a big player to encourage or assist its neighbours to maintain theirs.

Wspaniały obiekt , świetnie prowadzony. Bardzo , wyjątkowo miły personel , generalnie ludzie w Wietnamie. Śniadaniownia bardzo dobra , duży wybór . Basen OK. Zdarzają się dni z lekkim niedoborem leżaków , ale można wtedy rozłożyć się w ogrodzie lub na plaży. Restauracja i bary z bardzo smacznymi daniami . Spa - OK. Super zadbane ogrody . Autobusiki kursujące kilka razy dziennie do Hoi An . Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana LAM z restauracji oraz Pani HOA z recepcji . Ale cała załoga hotelowa na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wszystko OK . !!!

整體非常棒！員工很友善，且不會有過多的打擾。游泳池很美可惜水太熱了無法久待。食物美味豐盛。

這裡的海岸沒有美溪海灘美麗，水含沙量高且較多廢棄物，浪也很大，不適合遊玩
