"Great overnight stay"

Great hotel right across from the Nice airport. Check in was quick and they were able to get us into our room well before normal check in which was greatly appreciated. The room as clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Staff was responsive. This was a great option for us since we had a very early flight. The walk to the airport terminal 1 was 5 minutes door to door.

"Sheraton Nice Airport Hotel is a winner!"

We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Nice Airport Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel is so well located that it is only a 5 minute walk to Terminal 1. From there, you can use the free tram service to go to Terminal 2. As we had quite a bit of luggage, I was worried how to carry all that to the Terminal. No worries! The staff assigned a luggage trolly to me for free! This is a super airport hotel which is highly recommended!

"Not A Great Stay"

Stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed my stay. This stay was not so pleasant. The hotel has a pungent odor in the common areas and rooms. We had to keep our window open in very cold temperature to not be bothered by the smell. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we mentioned the smell. The guy who checked us out was extremely rude about the smell. Sad the other guests all had the same complaint. Nothing they can do about it. Told us to send the hotel an email to report the smell.

We’ve been send to a room used and not being done. Bedding all messed and dirty. Then when we’ve got our room wasn’t very cleaned. Dirty toilet too. We’ve try too sleep when arriving as coming from a long flight but house keeping are very loud. Very disturbing. But they are friendly. Need to keep silence.
