Hilton Garden Inn Erzurum

I will recount my experience of staying in this hotel for 5 nights, the hotel environment was very calm and peaceful, the behavior of the employees was good, the quality of the food was good, the cleaning of the rooms was good, the restaurant employee named Osman was very professional and efficient.

New hotel with pool abd spa available. Room was well maintained and large enough.

Much more better Coffee could be make available for breakfast.

High level hotel, I didn't expect such service for this city. The staff is high qualified.

Very friendly service. Administrator Ms Burcu helped us with all of the questions. She made our stay much more comfortable.

Great service provided by wonderful hotel staff. Noorullah and Burcu, very professional and helpful during the stay at the hotel. Highly recommended. They assisted from point of check-in right up to check-out.
