Beautiful, well located hotel in central Granada, close to the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel and numerous restaurants. Excellent breakfast. The most outstanding feature was the staff. Unfailingly friendly and helpful, they made you feel welcome. We would gladly return.

All was so bright, so clean, and so elegant. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind especially Laura at the reception and Rafael at the restaurant . The room was kept clean and neat all the day. The area around the hotel is closed to many attractions and classy shopping area. The area is so quiet in the night and safe so far. We were walking in all directions around the hotel.

I visited Granada with my husband over the Christmas holidays and absolutely loved Seda Club. We stay at select five-star hotels all over the world and found the Seda Club to be a highly stylized boutique on a quiet, leafy square, a few minutes walk to everything. Attention was given to even the smallest of details. And the service was impeccable.

I really can’t express in words how positive this experience was (but I’ll try). I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the staff here truly redefine excellence in hospitality. From the moment I booked the hotel, their attention to detail and warm communication really set the tone for such an incredible stay here in Grenada. Even before check-in, the team was reaching out to ask how they could help or make the experience better. On check-in, I was struck by the genuine kindness and attentiveness of the front desk staff. But I soon realised this was not just limited to the front desk. During my stay, everyone from the concierge, to the front desk, to the restaurant team was thoughtful, helpful, sweet, and consistently went above and beyond for us. The service provided is so personal, sincere, and just runs so incredibly seamlessly. What really impressed me, was how every team member seemed to know who I was and what I needed - even if I hadn’t interacted with them yet. Whether they were sourcing sold out tickets to Alhambra, tours, travel advice, or greeting me with a warm hello, they are always a few steps ahead. I really want to give a special mention to Laura, Marta, Maria and Raul - each brought something really special to my stay, and each simply outstanding and effortlessly professional. This is truly a world-class service and a real hidden gem. I’m already planning my return.

The front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Even before our arrival i had asked for their help in arranging for a private tour of the Alhambra, and all details were set when we got there. The woman who checked us in gave us several restaurant recommendations for dinner, one of which we tried and very much enjoyed. Some of the wait staff were a little less warm and gracious, but still professional. The lobby, restaurant and bar area is a bit crowded but richly decorated. Our room was nicely appointed, though the lighting controls were a bit fussy - it was not intuitive to get various lights to work. The terrace bar was lovely, overlooking the park across the street - we really enjoyed it and the friendly bar tender our first night. Unfortunately it was closed for a private event our second night. The food in the lobby restaurant was not to our taste, so we were glad to have the alternative recommendations. The location can’t be beat - easy walking distance to everything in the old town of the city.

Very nice hotel, our room had a small balcony right on the park. A quiet location, but steps away from neat tapas places, shopping. A 20 minute walk to Alhambra, 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff loves their city and made numerous excellent suggestions on where to eat, where to see Flamenco dancing, and how to organize our itinerary to take it all in during the two days we were there.
