Aeera Villa Canggu by Ini Vie Hospitality

Fantastic little villa stay. We were blown away by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff and the villa was very clean and modern. We were comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Place looks over rice fields which are stunning.

Not normally things I’d mention but given the price Its worth bringing to light - We didnt find the room service food to be that nice. The hot water for the shower + bath was also not very hot, even when on max. Also completely out of the hotels control, but throughout our stay there were people behind the villa burning things, making the place smell of smoke. Not sure if this is common or just bad luck.

The food could be more warm so we felt the food wasn’t fresh enough

* it's not a clean place to stay. * Dirty dishes in the lounge breakfast are / we didn't eat anything from this place *dirty cups to use in the villa/ we went and got our own at the store. * pictures are dated from what you see advertised. * Pray that you have hot water.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The personal are very friendly and helpful. Such a positive vibe in there. The room is cosy and clean includes TV( Netflix), mini fridge, tea kettle , water replacement daily (2 bottles) & my favorite is Alexa ( digital assistant in each room). The hotel itself is modern and close to the beach 8-10 min by bike. Also the area it is quite during the night so it gives a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast view is facing the rice field - is brilliant. We enjoyed our stay so much. Highly Recommend.

The place is clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights & felt like home. View from the common kitchen was amazing. We rented bike from the villa itself & it was hustle free. Walking distance to a convenience store. 10 min ride to beach & cafes. Staff is so friendly & accommodate to your needs.

Nothing, everything was amazing!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and looked nice. Netflix was logged in and water was provided. The bathroom was very modern and the room had Alexa as well. It was conveniently located, not too far from the centre. The view was pretty overlooking rice paddies.

The rooms don’t have soundproofing. We kept waking up to loud noises throughout the night. The fridge in the room made noise too, enough to wake us up.

Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The aircon were placed in spots that didn’t reach the bedroom, making it very hot and hard to sleep in the bedroom. The outdoor seating area as advertised was not included in the room and the positioning of the pool had to sun exposure. The location of the property was also very isolated from any shops or restaurants, the Main Street was a 20 minute drive away meaning you are not able to walk anywhere. We were very disappointed in the facility when we arrived as the reviews seemed promising but we’re far from correct and felt the accomodation was falsely advertised.
