Staff were very friendly, we cannot fault their service. They always said hello and made us feel welcomed😊

The door to the villa didn’t close properly so mosquitos got in, which wouldn’t be an issue if their was a mosquito net. There was a big hole in our bedsheet. Lots of scuffs and missing paint on the walls. Black mould in the shower. We paid extra for a pool entrance room however we wished we didn’t as there is no privacy, so curtains had to be closed at all times. We didn’t use the pool or any outdoor facilities because it had an awkward atmosphere, possibly due to how small and compact the place is. However it is a cute and pretty place, with lovely staff.

It was more rundown then we expected and the rooms were not the cleanest. The staff forgot to clean our room one day and left us with dirty towels and no toilet paper. the bed was comfortable enough but the pillows are awful they literally fall apart! The staff were nice but were always distracted and hanging out with their friends at the villas. We saw the breakfast menu and were sooo glad we didn’t book with breakfast included. We paid around $180 AUD per night for the villa with pool and it was absolutely ridiculous to have paid that for our experience. Last but not least the grounds were not well maintained!
