Randor Hotel Hiroshima Prestige

Hotel was ok. I originally booked this hotel as on Google it says it is a 5 star hotel. However the hotel is not 5 star. It is a 3 star as listed on Hotels.com. Upon arriving we found chips on the floor, evidence that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, over the 3 days we started our days early and ended them late and did not get a chance to take this issue up with the front desk. I also did not like that the room provided had a "window" but the glass was frosted so you could not see out (assuming it looked into a wall or something unsightly). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Close to the mall/train station. Not sure I would stay here again being the stay was average.

Great location. Spacious room. There is a laundry machine in the room so convenient. (There is no dryer)

Great location, near Hiroshima train station. Our room was nice, but the colour choices were odd, very dark.

Luxury hotel next to streetcar and bullet train. Very easy to get around Hiroshima.

Offered good value for money. Cleanliness of room and staff friendly and helpful.

15:00のチェックイン前に到着したため アーリーチェックインが可能か尋ね 難しいようだったので 荷物を預け外に出ました！ ただ15:00数分前に到着すると 既にお部屋に向かっているお客様が数名。 チェックインの時間はもちろん被ってしまいますが次々とくる海外の方の対応をされていたようで15:00過ぎたところでもなかなかチェックインが出来ませんでした。 日本人特有なのかもしれませんが あくまで到着順に対応してくだされば嬉しかったですね。

Massive bedroom, very comfortable bed. The room had a beautiful bath, which was very much needed after a long day of exploring. The terrace on the top floor is a nice touch, as well as a washing machine in our room, which was helpful to use as we travelling around. Would highly recommend this place. The place is close to the station and nearby restaurants.

Randor Prestige is walking distance from Hiroshima Main Railway Station and tram stop.Property has all the latest amenities and luxury fittings.Minimal service. Only negative, it doesn’t have a proper wardrobe and though there is an electric kettle, one has to go down to the reception to replenish tea/coffee/milk powder. There is a lounge in the terrace open to all residents to relax

Lovely location, amenities, and staff😊 I’ll definitely be coming back here if I want to stay in Hiroshima again.

The accommodation was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Couple of things to note - there is a washing machine in the room but it has no drying function and the clothes rack for drying which is provided is quite limited. Also, this isn’t a hotel in the traditional sense of the word in that it’s a number of room/studios in a block. It’s located close to the station and about a 30 minute walk to the Peace Memorial Park.
