Great location with free parking. All on one level. Mosquito blinds on windows great idea. Very spacious, though layout of furniture could be better in living room, too cluttered! Great garden, but only enough chair cushions in large garden furniture for 2 guests though there was 3 of us!

TV reception not good. Oven tray not clean. Lacked some kitchen items - baking trays, egg cups, cake tins or plastic containers. List of what items you recycle as each place is different. No safe key.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location for exploring West Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.

Amazing home in a quiet, safe road. Perfect for access to Boston, Holbeach and surrounding areas. The whole house was spotless. Lovely additional touches like free coffee, tea, milk, even oreos! We've shared the details with family close by for when their friends come up to visit. Thank you!

Found the cooker a bit difficult not use to that type but sorted

The property was spotlessly clean. The garden gazebo and furniture were excellent. The shower was lovely.

We found the leather chesterfield style sofas a little uncomfortable in the very hot weather and the backs were a little low for adequate support.
