Lovely spacious place, good parking and wonderful outside seating area, plenty of space for kids to play. useful space of the kitchen, can fit a lot round the table. Lovely owner bought a high chair round for my son.

Lovely house for children but wouldn't use the living room as there's a glass table , ornaments low down and leather sofas.

I liked Everything beautiful place they have thought of everything.. everything you need very comfortable and clean .

We went for a special weekend in holbeach there was no long mirror to see our outfits that was the only thing missing. The place we stayed was gorgeous however holbeach itself dosnt have a lot there not even a taxi firm . So i had to drive to venue and couldn't drink all weekend which spoilt it a bit nothing to do with this property though its just the place

We visited over a weekend for a friends wedding. Very clean, well appointed and a quiet location. A lovely bungalow well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and nicely done inside. A great location in a quiet cul de sac. Very considerate owner with good communication. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely outside area with good seating. Very comfortable clean bed.

Right next to a building site so we were woken up by the diggers in the morning :(. The tea and coffee offered was great but nearly all of it was out of date including the milk. Had trouble getting hot water to the shower, only way it worked was by turning on the hot water tap on the sink Too many cameras for our liking!
