Splendid 4 Bd w/ Pool Close to Disney @ Champions Gate 1006

the resort was at least 20 min. from disney, factor in traffic which is brutal, made drive at least an hour.And that was just Disney World.which is closest. the resort it's self is a nice place to stay ,the furniture is cheap and they my u pay for any damage. make sure to inspect the place before u settle in as it can be costly as i found out the hard way ($1175 US. ) anyway if you just want to rest it is OK. I Will Not Be Returning To Far From Everything

Unit was very clean and comfortable. The downstairs area was always comfortable, however the upstairs bedrooms get pretty warm. The ac controller has instructions not to put the air any lower than 72 or risk being charged/responsible for "any damage" lowering the ac may cause. The minimum tempature of 72 keeps the downstairs areas plenty cool, but the upstairs bedrooms not so much. As someone who does not sleep well in warm environments, i had difficulty sleeping while there, and ended up visisting walmart to purchase a small fan. It may not be an issue during other times of the year, but in the middle of summer, it makes it uncomfortable. Ceiling fans in the rooms would help, but really the minimum temp os 72 is excessive. Only other suggestion would be to make it very clear to potential guests to bring their own towels.

Easy to find, centrally located. Beautiful kitchen and living room.

Very worn. Needs some overall maintenance. Main floor bedroom had a bad water leak in the entryway. Reported twice, not fixed and was denied financial reimbursement for not being able to use main floor bedroom and bathroom.

The couch had an unpleasant odor which caused the downstairs area to smell. They did offer to help with this specific situation & we appreciated it. The towels & blankets had stains on them. Were not properly cleaned well before our stay.

The homeowner was VERY good with communication! They kept us informed on the process proactively and were very responsive and thorough in communicating back to us. They guided us through every step of the process and gave us plenty of time to collect information on the property. I was super pleased with how well they handled all of the communication and accommodations for our stay! I would recommend this location for people looking for places to stay on the outskirts of Kissimmee! It's a beautiful area! Quiet, quaint and peaceful.

A bit far out (24 to 35 mins from the WDW parks) and not necessarily as cheap as I would expect for being so far out, but overall, we loved the place and would stay there again if/when we have a trip where distance to the parks is not a concern.

The house is spectacular, very comfy, the pool has a good size for small families. The kitchen has all the appliances and stuffs. Wifi was good. The facilities has pool, slides, etc. The house is located near to the club, walking distance.

When we arrive we have some trouble to get in to the development, nobody in the management team answer our phone calls, they answer us just via messages, the management people was very rude. The a/c in the upstair rooms doesn't work well, the management sent a technician and he told us that was a construction mistake about roof insulation. We had to bough fans to sleep well, no refund!!
