"Bad service"

Location.

The security guards were helpful and courteous. However, the front desk staff were inconsiderate. They did not allow early check-in for online bookings and charged ₱200 per hour for it. I arrived early in the morning, but they showed no consideration for my situation, so I ended up paying for a walk-in reservation instead. After I checked out and was waiting for my pickup, I asked if there was a public restroom available. I was told that there wasn't one. I don't understand how a hotel can treat its guests this way. The lack of flexibility and basic customer service was disappointing.
