Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was perfect, large, clean and tidy. We had everything we needed including a separate shower and bath in a large bathroom. Breakfast was really lovely. We have stayed before and will definitely be back. Thank you x

"Amazing staff, great location and rooms, wonderful food and so accommodating to food intolerances."

The rooms are lovely, well looked after and are in a separate building to the pub itself so no noise concerns. I also told the team I was dairy free and they so kindly went out and got dairy free butter for my breakfast which never happens. Being gluten free also there was plenty of options on the menu to choose from which is also rare! Steak and chips were SO good!

Beautiful room large bathroom great shower Friendly family made us feel very welcome 😁🎄 Comfortable large bed tasty breakfast 😊 Great pub and music we had quite a few drinks 🍺🍺🎄

"A warm, welcoming pub, run by a lovely couple."

Passing through on the A303 this was a very convenient place to break our journey. It would also be a good base for exploring Somerset. Amy and William are great hosts; they work hard on behalf of their guests and this shows in their attention to detail and the welcoming, home-from-home atmosphere. Our room, on the ground floor at the rear of the property, was stylish and spacious with a comfortable bed and an excellent modern bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both very good.

The lighting in the bedroom was a little dim. Otherwise, nothing.
