- room was mostly clean - free parking

- had to wait 1.5 hours after 'guaranteed check-in' to get our room: after telling us to wait and that they would inform us when the room is ready and to stop asking about it, they still didn't let us know even though we were sitting right next to them in the lobby - room didn't have window, AC didn't work / was centrally controlled to 24 degrees, so it was super stuffy in the room - excessively loud construction starting from 7am - breakfast had 'bottled water' which was already opened and clearly refilled from tap (tasted like chlorinated water) - hotel is in the middle of nowhere without a sidewalk, sketchy area - 'mini bar' has only overpriced bottled water - the images displayed do not match the room
