A really lovely hotel. We arrived after midnight and the night staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone on reception could speak very good English. They were all very professional and helpful. The two rooms we had were very clean. The mini kitchens was a nice touch and had all the basics needed to cook a meal. There is a downstairs laundry room and a separate room for ironing. Aldi supermarket is a 15 min walk. Exit the hotel and turn left, cross the road and walk straight up. Once you pass the Lidl there is a tram stop about 5 minutes away that can take you into Dusseldorf. There is a bar and restaurant on site for meals.

We arrived very late and had a hard time seeing where to turn into the hotel after getting off the motorway and ended up driving in circles for an hour. Because it is on an industrial estate the entrance needs more lighted signage during the night. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning unit. Parking is expensive.

Tolle Pflegeprodukte und eine super Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Die Zimmergröße ist für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.

Kein Frühstück vorhanden. Die Übernachtungssteuer wirkt recht hoch, zudem war die Zahlung nur per Karte möglich. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Ein paar Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.
