Luxe Apartment with Valletta and Harbour Views

The view and location are exceptional. Comfortable and spacious apartment, well equipped.

Nothing, but a full length mirror would be nice, as would an umbrella on the lovely terrace

The apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Bus stops are right outside, and water taxis to Valleta just along the street. The place is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Spacious, clean and lovely. Easy to find, and checkin process was straightforward. Edward checked us in and when we left he kept our luggage for us and dropped us to the airport. He gave us useful tips and was really helpful.

The balcony could have had a couple more chairs, and there was no ashtray. Small inconveniences.

Slabý tlak v rozvodoch, voda ledva tiekla, trocha hluk od hlavnej cesty ktorá je hneď pod balkónom ale po zavretý dverí a okien to bolo OK. Závesy by sa zišli vymeniť ale inak čistota v celku fajn.

The service, there is always someone to answer your questions. The view is really magnificent. The appartement is very quiet.

Good location with great view. Nice and spacious apartment, clean and modern. The three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms plus a half bathroom at the living room. Utilities are working ok, (we needed some advise for the A/C), beds and pillows are very comfortable, good equipped kitchen. We didn't have any issues with the directions for self-check and we accessed easily. Buena Vista representatives are very responsive, we communicated well by WApp and received immediate response no matter the hour. We appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge and the 3-pin plug in & extension cord in the kitchen, these are details that you don't always find.

There is no coat hanger anywhere, one of the bedrooms has only one bedside table with a lamp, and we missed a small pot for boiling an egg, there are only huge pots. The drainage in the bathtub didn't work well, I guess it was fixed but we meanwhile left. None of these were causing big distress, but the method of charging the deposit before arrival is annoying, firstly because it isn't safe as you must send all your credit card data, including the cvv (!) by internet, otherwise you don't get the check in instructions and then it takes around 1 month to get the deposit released (this is valid all over in Malta). It could be charged in cash at arrival by meeting with a representative (the office is not far away) and get it back at check-out, as the practice is in other places.

The location in Sliema close to the pubs, nice restaurants and the bay is excellent. The view from the balcony is perfect for a nice morning coffee. The rooms were comfortable, very spacious apartment.

We stayed for 5 days. There was basically no hot water in the bathrooms the last two days so you can imagine how we had to do the check out. The wifi is good in the living room, it is very instable in the bedrooms TVs connection isn't working.
