"Kiváló elhelyezkedés, csodás panoráma közvetlenül a kikötőben."

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, könnyen elérhető buszmegálló, kikötő. Nagy és panorámás terasz.

Biztosítékot kötöttek le a bankkártyámon. Rendkívül szigorú feltételek vonatkoztak az apartman visszaadására. Még ilyennel sehol nem találkoztam. Vigyem le az összes szemetet, mindent takarítsak ki, mindent mosogassak el, tegyem az utolsó poharat is a helyére. Ehhez képest nem volt egy darab papír törlő sem a konyhában, csak egy darab zsebkendő méretű büdös rongydarab. Átadáskor elfejtették mondani hogy a fürdőszoba előtt azért van szőnyeg mert alatta össze van törve a burkolat és az egyik fürdőszobában nem folyik le rendesen a víz a zuhanyzóban.

Good location & view from the balcony, aircon good when it worked. Large balcony.

Several issues throughout out stay although most were fixed on the day we reported them. Apartment a little tired in places....eg. shower room grouting & sealant a little grubby & shower rail showing signs of rust. Sofa showed deigns of wear.

"Lovely spacious apartment that needs some attention to make it perfect"

Location is amazing and the apartment very spacious.

So many maintenance things wrong. Provided a list: toilet leaking, loose taps, blocked sink, microwave oven knob missing, hair dryer not working, floors and dishes dirty on arrival, water off one night. Some issues fixed during stay, but many not.

"Boek dit enkel voor locatie en uitzicht"

Locatie en uitzicht. Transfer zeer goed geregeld. Edward heeft ons goed begeleid en nuttige tips over de omgeving gegeven.

Onderhoud (afwerking,losse toiletbrillen,..). Microgolf,dampkap en wifi werkte niet. De matrassen zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Je voelt elke veer en staat met pijn op. Toen we al deze zaken gemeld hebben (vn geenl Wifi was vervelend), zouden ze iemand langs sturen maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Op dagelijkse vraag om ons te helpen werd nooit gereageerd. Pas toen we een compensatie vroegen kreeg ik reactie. Maar een oplossing is er nooit gekomen. ZEER SLECHTE KLANTENSERVICE
