Son gün rezervasyonumuzun iptal olduğu ve başka müsait hiçbir oda bulunmadığı iletildi. Tüm tatil planımız bozuldu. Yoğun dönem olduğundan başka hiçbir yerde müsaitlik bulamadık. Yaşadığımız rezillik için teşekkürler!!!

"Çarşaf ve yorgan kılıfları pisti.Değiştirilmemişti"

Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Merkezi konumda, yeni bina, kullanılan malzeme ve işçilik iyi düzeyde. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oluyor. Fakat odamizin çarşafinin değiştirildiğini gördük. Yorganı kaldirdigimizda kadin kılı vardi içinde 4 tane. Çarşaf ve yorgan kılıfları pisti. Yeni çarşaf ve yorgan kılıfı istedik. resepsiyon yardimci oldu sağolsun.
