Perfect location, very very nice staff

When we booked the rooms, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because the listed facilities stated that air conditioning was available. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Considering that outdoor temperatures were already above 30°C, it is unreasonable to offer rooms without air conditioning during such a hot period. What made the situation even more disappointing was that there was not even a single fan available in the room. The room became extremely warm and uncomfortable, which significantly affected our stay and the quality of our sleep. If air conditioning is not available, this should be clearly stated on the booking platform so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Overall, we felt misled by the information provided and were very disappointed by this aspect of our stay.

Erstens in Beschreibung steht klimatisiert das stimmt nicht. Dan wurde mir gesagt das ich meine Rechnung per E-Mail bekomme am Sonntag. Ich habe die Rechnung nicht bekommen ich habe da angerufen und eine Email gesendet keine Reaktion.

Nice clean rooms, quite comfortable. Сomplimentary drinks is a nice touch.

Room was big

Power went completely out in the room 30 minutes into our stay. Because no one was available at the front desk I called the “emergency” number and the man who answered said, “What would you like me to do? I’m in another city. You have to ask someone tomorrow.” The bathroom had no windows so no natural light. It was very hot so we had no benefit of the room’s air conditioning. I messaged the hotel with no response even days later. Horrible customer service. How do you have no way to take care of a power issue in a room at all hours? This is a safety issue. Terrible that I paid for this.
