Well appointed except for the garbage liner which was not supplied

The arrangements for getting the key were very stressful and most unsatisfactory. Our taxi cost us nearly $100 Australian dollars because it had to wait for me to get the key at a different address. The most offensive part was that I couldn’t contact anyone to help.

There was actually nothing really that we liked about the location

Townhouse N26 isn't a hotel and that was made very clear. However, it felt more like a boarding house for season workers. No atmosphere, no nothing. Kitchenware was very, very basic and limited. We had to do quite a long walk with our luggage to get the keys. Moreover: the rental price is high enough so please, please provide at least ONE garbage bag per unit.

The room was cozy and location was okay.

It was such a hassle getting the key from a different location. It’s okay if you don’t have heavy bags with you but it was such troublesome for us because we have heavy bags and it was raining. I also don’t know how the owner can’t just provide the rooms garbage bag. And with every people buying a pack of em, they don’t leave the spares. The most deal breaker for me is there’s no coffee machine.

Unterkunft war äußerst sauber. Leider sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Und das Vorhandensein von Mülleimern in Küche und Bad sind nicht nachvollziehbar da wir unser Müll mitnehmen sollten. Somit haben wir eine Tüte benutzt.

The apartment was clean, pretty well equipped and located near city centre. It's good as a base for exploring Engadina.

The keys to the apartment were stored in secure box in a different location, few hundred maters away from the apartment. We were asked to BUY special city trash bags for ourselves... I would expect the host to provide them and add these 2 CHF to the overall price of the apartment. It's not about the money, it's about walking around city, searching for one bag (because you don't need 10) instead of enjoying your vacation.

Collecting keys from another location was a hassle and headache, especially with luggage.
