"Wenn das Personal besser angeleitet würde, ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen"

Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist sehr gut, dabei aber sehr ruhig, weil die Schillerstrasse Fußgängerzone ist

Beim Personal hatte ich den Eindruck, dass alle Anfänger sind. Die jungen Frauen am Empfang waren schüchtern und unsicher. Der junge Barkeeper hat mich als Alleinreisende Frau in der leeren Bar komplett ignoriert. Der Seifenspender am Waschbecken war kaputt; es hat drei Tage und zwei Reklamationen gebraucht, bis er ausgetauscht wurde. Also der Service steht in starkem Kontrast zur Ausstattung

Das Ambiente des Hotels und das sehr zuvorkommende Personal. Außerdem die zentrale Lage.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass in einem Doppelzimmer nur eine Sitzgelegenheit mit Lehne vorhanden war. Am Frühstücksbuffett war die Gemüseauswahl sowie das Müsliangebot sehr dürftig.
