Crescent Apartment

The location is great, it’s only few mins walk away from Eastbourne station and within walking distance to the coast as well. There are also amenities and shops nearby. The flat was clean and cozy, especially for one/two person. It had complete kitchen set for cooking/dining as well, making it very convenient when you need them. Would thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a short gateway around Eastbourne!

Everything is amazing.

The location is spot on, for walking into town. The apartment is modern & nicely decorated. When we had a couple of issues they were quickly sorted.

The apartment floor area is small so finding a place to locate the suit cases is not easy. The shower is electric & so it's not that powerful. Parking is a pain with expensive 2 hour restricted parking everywhere in the town centre, between the hours of 8am to 6pm. We parked in a multi storey carpark which wasn't cheap either.

Location was right beside family I was visiting. Very comfy and easy to heat.

In this modern age, surprised there was no TV. Got message for new code for check out ( this did not work) used original check-in code(worked fine) Also do not need code for main entrance ( used green fob all week no issues) What you do need a code for is the bins. It was only by chance another resident was there otherwise I would have had to leave my rubbish in the room. Sort out these issues and it will be perfect.

Super clean. Extremely well equipped kitchen, it really has everything (including a very sharp kitchen knife, something you don't see very often in rental places). Espresso machine with capsules provided.There's even a washing machine. A bottle of wine and posh chocolate was a very nice touch. Thank you! Perfect location - only 3 minutes walk from the train station.

It's a studio so a bit small although perfectly acceptable for one person. Also no facilities to leave one's luggage on the last day and no left luggage facilities in Eastbourne so it may be a problem for some.
