CAGreat location and was close to bus stop, train station, beach, shops and eateries.
A small fan would have been nice as it was quite warm at nights.

Needed better instructions for rubbish disposal as outside in basement is not well lit with numerous doors. Ended up putting my rubbish in street bin.

USSuper little flat in a very convenient location. We stayed for 3 nights and appreciated being able to prepare meals and do laundry after longs days of walking the South Downs Way. Instructions for everything were clear and the space was clean and comfortable.

GBGreat communication and instructions re key collection. The location was excellent (the main reason for booking), the bed was comfortable. The inclusion of toiletries in the bathroom was a great touch. The guest guide was useful.
I booked self catering to keep costs down. Whilst the kitchenette looked great on the photos / description, the lack of any pans meant that you couldn't use the hob for cooking (we'd planned to cook breakfast). The coffee pod machine couldn't be used as there were no pods (I would have brought my own if I'd realised). There was instant coffee and a few teabags. It's just such a shame to advertise as self catering and then not have the equipment. The shower pressure was awful, I'm glad I didn't want to wash my hair!
GBAce location a 5 min walk from the train station and great communication from the host to sort a couple of small things. Very clean, smart and well laid out. Highly recommend, thank you 🙂
