From the beginning as soon as I arrived I couldn’t check in, no one was at the office, and the door code was provided wrong. Had to call a local realtor who wasn’t answering my calls, but she could text message me back…and my mom had to get in contact with a representative from hotels.com who would later get in contact with me after we had figured it all out and I was finally given the proper code. Bed was super uncomfortable and sagging in so that should be updated asap and the room was so hot with no AC, it was a rough nights sleep. The worst part of staying here is the outrageous price for this type of motel. It is NOT worth $127 a night. I got robbed. Thank you Siesta Motel for robbing me. No shot I will ever return. Best Western down the road in Colfax is the better option. Chance of me coming back to Siesta Motel is equivalent to Elvis coming back and singing — “you ain’t nothing but a hound dog.”

We like the place

Dont book here. It is pretty scetch. The staff are fine, but my friend found a spider in the middle of her bed and the bedding is really uncomfortable, polyester, flimsy blanket. I was embarrassed I subjected my friends to this

Perfect place for us to stay. We were visiting the St.Ignatius Abandoned Hodpital and this location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and good a great value.

Unless I had the worst luck to get the worst room, I'm not sure how this motel got the good ratings it has. Granted, I was in room #13. I checked in late night, but wasn't able to open my room door with the code I was provided. Since the office was closed, I called the support number for the motel. I got a voicemail of someone offering real estate services in another state! So I called again, same voicemail. I left a message describing the problem and about 5 minutes later someone called me and informed the door lock was jammed (they were able to control it remotely), but they were able to direct me on how to resolve that and eventually got in. However, the inside of the room wasn't great. It's an old building, mostly old furniture and maybe some newer items in the bathroom, but overall you get that "old and worn" feeling. While the room was pretty clean, the table and chairs were dirty. I cleaned with wet napkins and they all came out very dirty, it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The floor wasn't very clean either: I made the mistake of walking barefoot once and got pretty sticky, so it's obvious it hasn't been mopped in ages. Finally, because of the issues above, I tried to check out two days early, but found out they only offer a 50% refund for early checkout (that's in the small print, of course). Overall, not a very pleasant experience, not coming back.

It was exceptionally clean. It was quaint and comfortable. The TV was modern with modern service. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The manager was very friendly. I loved how the room number and entry code was texted to me on my 15 hour journey to the motel so I could just enter and sleep after the grueling drive. Parking is a little tight and no hairdryer but the cleanliness made up for it. I have never stayed in such a clean motel room. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was old but clean

Room was very clean, which was good. The TV did not work, or we could not figure it out. Ended up watching IPad. We probably would not stay again.

Property was good, top bed covers seemed like they weren't washed from the previous person.
