The hotel is beautifully designed, simple but with high-quality facilities throughout. Our room was spacious, the bathroom equally generous, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff offered excellent service, they were super welcoming and friendly.

Uns hat alles super gut gefallen. Das stielvolle und aufwendig restaurierte Gebäude, das moderne Zimmer, die tolle und ruhige Lage und auch das liebevoll hergerichtete und umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der persönliche und nette Service des Hauses. Muchisimas gracias

The breakfast was homemade daily with pride and delicious. The interior rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Great shower, too!

Alaro is centrally located for hiking and has a nice local feel. I probably would choose to stay in a more charming town in the future, though. Also, I believe the heating for the town in winter is primarily wood burning fireplaces, so the air was always smoky.
