"Twice the cost, twice the aggregation"

We were charged twice for the room. Once by Marriott, once by Booking Com.

Getting charged twice and after nearly one month, no resolution.

"Exceptional"

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. However, the location requires that you must drive to go anywhere, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Rooms were pretty standard. It didn’t have all the complimentary toiletries that hotels usually provide other than 1 bar soap to wash hands. However, I don’t usually use them. The AC in hallways and fitness room was working but was grateful that it was working in bedrooms. Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed. Breakfast was not the best but Nancy, the breakfast attendant, was very friendly and made sure food was replenished and area was clean.
