Amazing common area for yoga and work outside

We have reserved the room with the sea view, but the hotel had two rooms of the same category located on different floors. Only of them had a sea view from all of the rooms. We were located below that room and from kitchen and bedroom we were looking at neighbouring hotel. So even if you reserve the sea view room with balcony, don’t mind to ask whether you are getting the top room on the 3rd floor, or the one below that has views only from the balcony. Either way you’ll be paying the same.

I stayed at this apart-hotel in Kaş for a few days at the end of March and overall had a very positive experience. The apartment was in good condition and matched the photos exactly. The view from the balcony was excellent, with a beautiful sea panorama, and the balcony itself was a great place to relax. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, and the bedroom was cozy (note that the TV is located in the living room, not the bedroom). Communication with the staff was entirely online, but everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Despite the small inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for its comfort and stunning view.

There were just a couple of minor downsides: previous guests had left some stains on the sofa and on the electric stovetop (hob), which slightly affected the overall appearance. Also, the location of the building is not the most convenient—it's a bit tricky to find, especially at night, as there is no proper street lighting, and I had to search for the place.

отличное расположение апартаментов - открывается потрясающий вид, но добираться сложно так как апартаменты находятся на самом верху и если у вас тяжелый чемодан и нет машины то добраться будет сложно. А так, сами апартаменты не плохие, главное не забывать, что это не отель и обслуживание более простое остановилась только ради вида и джакузи на балконе ( джакузи работало)

мне не хватало одеяла, посещала в конце марта и было довольно таки прохладно спать ночами, не хотелось бы включать кондиционер на всю ночь, а просто спать под теплым одеялом, но спала под простынкой и с кондиционером на +30

Superbe appartement avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Kas.

Il est vrai que la côte est un peu raide, mais la vue vaut le coup !

Het uitzicht vanop de top floor is verbluffend, mooie terrassen. Goede bedden.

Appartement uitrusting was niet helemaal toereikend voor meerdaags verblijf: vb te weinig lepels, geen keukenhanddoek. Jammer genoeg was er ook (nog) geen water in het zwembad.

The apartment is great, modern, big and new. I loved the quite area and the owner was available even if I did not meet them.

I didn't know the apartment was up hill, with stairs, so a bit difficult to teach with luggage, but the view and the quite is totally worth it l. Only 10min walking to the center.

The location is great. It takes 12 minutes to get down to the port. The climb up is a bit tough, though. But it's KASH! That's normal here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, though. The room is clean, modern, with good plumbing and air conditioning. Parking is nearby. The staff is friendly and ready to help you.
