Great location if wanting to take the Rigi train or the bus to the Stoos area. Vitznau is a beautiful town. The ferry to Lucerne is one hour and a lovely ride. Especially if you take the steam boat, which was awesome. The hotel room was large and very clean. No A/C. Only small fans, and we were exceptionally hot. Stayed during hotter than normal weather in August. Great breakfast. Service was lacking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they never came.

Schönes, bequemes Hotel mitten im Ort. Schönes großes Zimmer auch für Familien mit großem Balkon. Garage direkt beim Hotel.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei mehr als 30°C im Zimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage super. Der Duschvorhang im Bad kann nicht verhindern, dass beim Duschen die direkt daneben liegende Bereich um die Toilette "geflutet" wird.

Sehr hilfsbereite Personal und die Zimmer sind sehr schön Modern ausgestattet sind schon paar mal in dem Hotel gewesen und kommen immer wieder gern hin.

Restaurant und Dachterrasse: die Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant gehen gar nicht und auf der Dachterrasse wurden wir nicht bedient um ca. 17.30 Uhr

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentral gelegen und wunderschöne Dachterrasse.

Laut Booking.com Schallisoliert dies trifft leider nicht zu. Sehr hellhörig wenn andere Leute im Gang reden um 06:29 Uhr. Beim Bett war die Kopflehne verfärbt und Beistelltisch stand schrag.
