The bathroom door had gaps so smells and visual for a bathroom not good if you are with people you are shy with.

Spacious apartment. Great location. Very clean. Nice pool.

The rooms are more like studio apartments than hotel rooms - there is so much space, natural light, and great kitchen spacing and equipment. The bedroom was comfortable and bathroom facilities really clean. The swimming pool area is great with a large open pool and a heated whirlpool and it's very quiet in general. Our room was literally right beside the pool overlooking it from 1 floor up, and it was still very quiet the whole time. I couldn't fault the hotel's rooms or facilities at all. The location is also pretty ideal - a short walk to broadway and a few good cafes/restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel.

The parking situation is a little inconvenient because the parking building is not owned by the hotel, and is managed by a third-party - but I will add that the staff helped us out as much as they could to understand how it all works. The air-conditioning in the room is great but seemed to be somewhat dulled in the bedroom which meant it was a little hotter than expected overnight but was largely solved by just lowering the air-con even further than usual at night.

Not good communication between third party booking.com and this motel. Each puts the blame on the other and Im the one who pays the price.
