Helpful reception staff and good location. But … We paid 125 euros each for a night’s bed and breakfast in a single room. Very basic. Electric points outdated so had difficulty charging phones - had to take the plate off the socket to charge in one room. No armchair, bins not lined, had to ask for a second pillow, no bedside cabinet so you had to sit up to use switch a light on. We now notice that other similar hotels in Parma, and this one are considerably cheaper for a couple of weeks time. This one was certainly over priced.

Reception war äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Bad klein, vor allem für Einstieg zum Duschen in der Badewanne.

L’étroitesse de la chambre et son manque de praticité. La petitesse de la salle de bain et plus particulièrement la cabine douche trop étroite.
