Staff were lovely and polite and the hotel looked like the photos and had a nice cafe next to it

There was something really spooky about the atmosphere. I slept really badly in the room with lots of noises throughout the night. There was no atmosphere in the hotel, it was very dead. I booked this as a solo female traveller and would not advise staying here unless you’re with a partner or family. Not good value for money at all sadly.

Most items in room didn't work blubs out, all remotes not working, Lobby lighting came right into room entire night Not worth the dollars spent on the room for 10 nights ALL. Wear showing on building like in the upstairs pool area, tiles missing rusted out areas of pool, not worth dollars spent

This was my third stay at this former gem of a hotel. But since my initial visit, this quality of this hotel has gone drastically downhill. Then decor has not been updated nor have then linens. The hotel is staffed to the bare minimum, but the staff that remain are still LOVELY humans.

We checked into our room and it was obvious the linens to our bed had not been changed since the previous guests. Evidence was frank,obvious and disgusting. We notified management and extended an offer for reedolution and they refused to compensate us appropriately.

The hotel is very pretty and stylish, with a great central location that made getting around easy. Super close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was amazing and a definite highlight of the stay. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the shower was excellent. The staff were helpful with everything we asked.

However, for the price, it felt a bit expensive for what was offered. The room and common areas could have been cleaner, and it was somewhat noisy at times. It's a nice looking place with a great location, but there's room for improvement considering the cost.

Close to town, bright and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were lively. Shampoo and soaps were of great quality and smelled fantastic. Hot tub was clean and hot!

Didn’t have usual hotel room amenities like coffee maker or kettle. Pillows had plastic covers which in one hand was nice to know they were clean but felt like sleeping on inflatable pillows.

My favorite place to stay in the area. Lovely roof top pool. Excellent service from staff. Love the restaurant downstairs. Great location.

Il y avait des travaux annexes a l’hotel qui ne sont pas déclarés. Durant le jour, vraiment insupportable.
