Amazing boutique hotel! Front deck staff was helpful! Despite coming with very heaving suitcases and no elevators…she carries our bags up for us!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Overall a great place to stay within walking distance of everything you need to access in San Pancho. The only negative was our sheets were never changed and a lot of the bedding and towels had stains on them. This did not take away from our experience but could potentially be improved upon.

"Okay, but I wouldn't go back."

The hotel is tastefully designed from an architectural perspective. The rooms are comfortable. It has a safe feel.

We get up early and would like a cup of coffee to start our day. Not possible. No coffee maker in the room and the attached coffee shop (owned by the hotel) doesn't open until 7:30AM. And no coffee at 7:30AM if they forget to turn the machine on. Arrived a few minutes early one day and the staff made me wait until the clock ticked to 7:30. Finally, a little irritating to have to spend $5 a day for a drip coffee after spending over $1,000 for a 5-night stay. The reception staff were okay. Maybe just a little too hip though. When we arrived by car (we are in our 60's), the receptionist absolutely refused to let my husband use the bathroom because she couldn't find our reservation. I indicated that we had been driving several hours and felt a bit desperate. It did not matter. I had to go to the car to dig around and prove that we had a reservation. When I did, she walked away without a word to look for my husband. Not a good start to our stay.

Amazing Staff , amazing property . Super clean , and stylish . Staff was really welcoming and accommodating . Best experience . It’s off the Main Street so you don’t get the city noise but it’s a 3 min walk to get right back to it .

María at the front desk was amazing from the start. The hotel is a calm and stylish oasis. The bed was so comfortable too. Love the salt water pool and location.
