Luna Cottage - Ocean Views on Waiheke

The property was clean and had a great view. It was accessible restaurants and vineyards, around 10-15 mins drive mostly. The amenities were almost all available except for a microwave. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We can’t get enough of the view 😍

Lovely views from living and main bedroom. Warm, clean and modern. Had everything needed for self catering whatever the weather.

Fabulous kitchen, everything is provided for a fabulous stay.

The last stayers left their rubbish out the back of the house, milk boxes, general rubbish. We picked it up and disposed of it properly.

Fantastic layout, love the two sleeping areas. Great kitchen and to die for view. Just beautiful.

The driveway was a bit steep, and turning at the top a bit tricky. However, there was lots of safe parking on the roadside if you aren’t wanting to go up and down. It is not a deal breaker.

This is a truly beautiful little cottage- everything is brand new and high quality. Deliciously soft bed. Stunning view. I loved being here and found it very restful.

Really, not much. there could have been a few more drinking glasses, and some espresso cups would have been nice (as there is a great espresso maker!). but those are very minor things.

The views were the absolute highlight for us. Luna Cottage was of a very high standard & the bed was so comfortable also of a very high standard. When we had a problem sorting out the TV, Tom the manager immediately sorted it for us. I would absolutely recommend Luna Cottage as a place to stay on Waiheke.

The main problem we had was with the steps leading to the property. There was no handrail & as we both have mobility problems we found it difficult to get up them. When the owner was informed of this it was sorted out the next day by Tom who put in a handrail which sorted out the problem. (Thank you Tom)
