"Disgusting smell and terrible customers experience"

We booked 2 rooms, 1 king bed room. And a double queen beds room. One of the bed sheet in one of the room was smelly. Smelling terrible. The pillow smells stinky sweat. The front desk lady told us she will send new sheets because she don't have janitors available to change the sheets. Then later, after we removed the sheets, her colleague come to the room and started saying that we messed with the room and should not have removed the sheets. He was an Indian immigrant, probably arrived few months ago. Then he started smelling the sheets and dod not smell anything wrong. When I told him it is stinky he turned to other costumers and asked them if they can smell the sheets to confirm that they smell. Everybody in the lobby was shocked! His colleague then called him saying her manager authorized her to change my room for free. I probably spend 40 nights on average in hotels in the last year alone. And this was by far the most non professional experience i ever had. Next monday I am making sure to sell all my HLT shares. This is a failed company, with poor management who can’t teach to their front desk employe the importance of serving and treating customers in a professional way. If you hire incompetent people who are not able to treat clients properly, then you are a failing business. What a terrible experience.
