Clean n convenience

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Only issue in the room was the bathroom door in 320 was so heavy and difficult to slide open or closed. Grateful there was always complimentary coffee and hot water for tea selections. We asked if okay to checkout late and Derola so kindly approved a late checkout at 1:00pm.

We went to what I paid 2,100 for and this was cozy little house in garden grove. To out horror and absolute nightmare the lady did not answer the door and we had no place to go. I called this lady and she said she doesn't do booking anymore and I was out of luck. So I quickly found on booking .com in a panic home2 Hilton. Thank goodness they helped us. I had my sister and my dogs and I am sick can't take much. I've been here since Tues. I need a refund for that stay the lady did not even open the front door to tell me we were out of luck now in going to try to book another week thru this app to stay here at the home 2 Hilton . Thank you for your attention to this matter I need a refund plz $2,100 is a lot of money for nothing right ? We've stayed here now for 4 notes and the breakfast is amazing and free the kitchenettes are lovely and the staff so great. They have spin cycle too. This place is great.

This area here is not good but staying on premisis is wonderful there are a lot of scary people wondering around at nite but we stay in so no problem .

The bathroom door broke all of a sudden after just an hour of stay. we called them the same night and they said they will send maintenance in the morning, we came home from disneyland and the door wasn’t fixed. Called them again, and said they will send someone in the morning. On our last night, STILL THE BATHROOM DOOR WASN’T FIXED. We had to shower we an open door. During our check out we mentioned how disappointed we are and they said sorry and gave us a $10 compensation.

If you’re headed there and need to turn left you have to make a u-turn on a really busy street to enter the parking lot. That sucked. Also, the buildings surrounding the hotel have graffiti and look sketchy. The hotel itself was okay and the breakfast was fine, but the surrounding area would make me not book here again
