L'accueil agréable de Robert et les informations pratiques reçues pour la stationnement dans les rues. La petite terasse extérieure pour aller fumer. L'emplacement . Le calme de l'appartement. Le salon commun accessible. Situé au premier étage. Matelas confortable.

Il serait bon d'améliorer la propreté des planchers dans la chambre et de la vaisselle. Les savons à mains et à vaiselles sont très dilué avec de l'eau . La housse de lit presentait plusieurs tâches rosées.
