Upon Arrival, I had a hard time interracting with the staff, it was late so i didn't get time to go around the whole place and inspect it. As im sleeping I kept feeling bugs crawling on me. I didnt get any sleep. I open the lights in the middle of the night, and bugs are all over the walls. I remove my sheets and bugs all over the bed as well. I check my son and he has over 100 bug bites. Not only that but the towel is very old and smelly. It seems like the place does not clean towels or blankets, let alone the room

Pas de possibilité de cuisiner car le midi nous étions de sortie et le soir fermeture de la cuisine à 19h Le systeme de clim portative qui fait un boucan Information donnée pour une" societe "de taxis qui s'est révélée une arnaque : prix 4fois plus qu un uber , chauffeur très désagréable , taxi sale et très petit pour 4personnes

The manager was really nice area it was really convenient and close and it is such a pretty neighborhood the only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness there was a lot of hair on the floor and trash already in the trash but for the price that we got- the service that we got it was unbeatable for a 2 night stay. Recommend this place if you're on the go and trying to discover Montreal not if you are looking for a a place where you want to stay in all day.

Bath towel was smelly. My partner got insect bite all over his body since he woke up.

Les dimensions de la chambre.

Le confort des lits, le petit déjeuner, la proximité des transports et des restaurants, l'accueil chaleureux.

Le manque de propreté. Les dessus de lits étaient crasseux, le sol de la chambre et la salle de bain n'était pas propre. La salle de bain non attenante à la chambre.

Les serviettes de bains avaient une odeur très désagréable et les couvertures des tâches
