"It was Awesome, I would Like to come back and stay on the Top Floor"

The room, that I reserved was not exceptionally clean and the View was of the Pool, I did not want to stay in the particular room, and Cameron went the extra mile to get me in a better room, and what very kind and understanding. He was amazing and took the room to walk us to look at the room to see if it was ok .

It would have been nice to have been told that it was Coffee and sweets down in the lobby on Saturday morning,

"Very pleasant experience"

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. The room was quiet and the ocean front view was spectacular.

The web site did not mention about the construction work. It had sign when you got there and apologized for any inconvenience. Of course, you have to accept it because you’re already there and more than likely he would not be able to find another hotel.
