Was clean and on a quiet street. It was also within our walking distance to Tines Square and all the restaurants we go to.

Great place to stay for a single traveler, couples or small families of three, maybe four. The pool area was very nice and private. Very quiet corner with multiple places to relax. The back patio was lovely backing up right into the “nature view” and overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning worked great and kitchen was nicely stocked. Renting out both halves with friends & family would be a great option for this property. The beach tram provides a nice transportation option to time square and the opposite side of Mantanza’s Pass with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. The tram can get a little backed up during high traffic hours but still within a beach walk to the downtown areas.

Hot water was sporadic in the shower and privacy from curtains adjacent to the pool stairs was not great. More than two rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. A television in the bedroom is always a nice addition but definitely not necessary. An optional divider for the back patio between neighbors would be the only suggestion I have for this spot.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. I arrived much earlier than anticipated and was allowed an early check via messages. Excellent help was given to me when I struggled with the coded locking system. Only about a 3 block easy walk to the beach.

I have no complaints.

Shouldn’t have to pay to heat pool

The ease of checking in. Always got a quick response especially regarding the refrigerator issue. Clean, quiet, nice neighborhood/area.

Traffic was unexpected. Took over an hour to go 1.3 miles on a Thursday evening (from Publix to Bay Rd) Neighbors palm trees scraping our truck when parking and leaving the driveway irritated my bf. Fishing was disappointing, recommendations didn't produce even a bite.

THe.location I LOVE close to the Beach and the Pool was super because was salt water pool ♡ and so nice the porch and the outdoors trees give the natural element, the sofa Bed was nice and the other bedroon too everything was nice and comfy and very happy that it was pet friendly ♡

I did not like the way I had a hard time to pay for the rental and that they charge me for my small dog but at the end was ok

A quiet, great spot just minutes away from the beautiful beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

too many rules, swimming pool wasn’t the cleanest and found out the many racoons swim in the pool.
