Location and rooms were fine

We never had maid service. Upon checkout we were told housekeeping only works 3 days a week.

"Nice hotel, good staff, bad cleaning policy."

Good hotel generally. Clean and neat with a good staff.

We had a three night stay, and did not receive any room cleaning service. None. We were surprised to learn that in this hotel it is policy that the room gets cleaned every three days. What a crock. If we stayed one night at a time in three hotels there would be three cleanings. They save a bundle of money only cleaning when we leave but we still pay the full daily rate. I’m unhappy and will contact Marriott and complain. Also, my wife asked a maid for an extra blanket and she agreed to bring one. It never arrived.
