Moxy Szczecin City

Good hotel location. The crew was nice and helpful. There is no brush for clean shoes, no bathing cap and no safe in the room. The coffee available for breakfast was not good, but the one purchased at the bar was good - completely different quality.

Alles eigentlich bestens. Nur dass das Personal in der Lobby am PC sitzt und sich lautstark unterhielt fiel negativ auf. Die Rezeption hat meinen 89-jährigen Vater vorbildlich verpflastert, nachdem er gestützt war....

An sich ein cooles Hotel und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter beim Check in- und Check- out waren sehr freundlich. Was definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlen würde, ist ein Cooler und ein Schrank! Das Zimmer war auch recht klein, sowie das Queensize-Bett für zwei Personen. Zudem sind die Betten recht kurz. Mein Papa musste mit 1.80m diagonal schlafen :)

Overall hotel room very nice and clean Very bad customer service in the reception I did not received receipt for paid hotel room, and parking garage. Reception stuff was Misleading and rude arguing with the hotel guest Making them pay for something which was already paid and not keeping records very unprofessional behavior I don't think I'll be staying in your hotel again Best regards. Great location

Nice and modern hotel. Wonderful for young people. The bathroom was a little bit small.
