The late check out was a nice touch (requested as not sure there’s anywhere to leave bags) The room was clean and fairly spacious we were out a lot and it was very central which was nice We had a mini balcony which was lovely to look out the street

There’s not a reception which is absolutely fine however we weren’t told any info about checkout or leaving luggage if needed to, so had to message and find this out. No big drama, however a note to say the process would be helpful then waiting for responses We were asked what time we would due to arrive due to the reception not being 24 hours - we advised 12pm which was told that would be fine, however on the day I asked if we come earlier as flights were good they said no, (fair enough) and that they would meet us at 12.30 instead of the 12 agreed the day before, we took it in our stride but then they didn’t arrive until 12.45 which was a shame.

Exceptional location down town Marbella, in the center of activities but on a quiet pedestrian street.. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Many amenities around. Excellent service: they were very quick to answer our requests (Beach towels, the keycard kept demagnetizing...)

The taxi had a hard time finding the hotel. Since it is a pedestrian street, you should indicate the closest spot where the taxi can drop us.

Very good location in the old town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Compact room (not too much space), but decent bathroom, comfy bed and on a side street so fairly quiet (we slept well). No breakfast, but didn't expect this. If all you need is a clean room with a comfy bed and en suite, in a good central location, this is absolutely fine.

These are really serviced apartments rather than what most people would recognise as a hotel. Our contact said she'd meet us at the property but, at the specified time, no-one was there. I phoned and she opened the front door remotely and talked us through picking up the keys, finding our room and entering it. All quite straightforward in the end, but why not say this is the arrangement from the start?

Location is very good in old town, beach 5 minutes. Perfect.

Can be cleaner, first day when we came in, rabbish bin was full rabbish. Its very bad.
